I am Bill Tinning – the lawyer you’re hiring, and who will be the one responsible for your case and going to trial for you. I am Texas born and bred, and the son of a World War II hero who was shot down over Romania and who managed to escape all the way back to Italy from behind enemy lines. His discipline and resolve were passed down to me.

I learned early on the need for dedication, discipline, and desire, all of which are required to accomplish anything in life. The demand on oneself, beyond what was said to be sufficient, is required for true success. High school football, being a track letterman, and playing college baseball confirmed that for me.

I studied at Oxford, England, and then studied law at the University of Texas and St. Mary’s Law Schools to earn my law degree.

I have been TBLS board certified in both civil trial and personal injury law continuously since 1984. I have proudly raised 10 children who now follow in my footsteps. I have assembled a trial-ready team with decades of experience to assist me in my mission to bring justice for the hurt, the injured, and the survivors, from those who would never otherwise yield it.

I will bring that same dedication, passion, discipline, knowledge, and will-to-win that I used as an athlete, a marine, a father, and an award-winning lawyer to your case.
